THE MYSTERIES IN GOD'S WORD
"KEYS TO UNDERSTANDING"
########################################################################################
TODAY, in 2018, the world still does not know the answers to understanding God's word! With all the
ministers of Christianity, they still don't know how to rightly divide the Word of Truth. God in His mercy has
chosen a few out of each generation who truly know the answers to this mystery! "And when He was alone, they
that were about Him with the twelve asked of Him the parable. And He said unto them, Unto you it is given to
know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all these things are done in parables"
(Mark 4:10-11 ).
There is a key to the mysteries, but it has to be given to you from God, the Father. Christ said, "No man
can come to Me, except the Father which hath sent Me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day" (John
6:44). And in Vs. 65, "And He said, Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto Me, except it were
given unto him of My Father."
There are 21 verses in the New Testament that speaks about different mysteries. For those who God has
called to be a part of His plan, we know that the Key of David leads to understanding who God is referring to
in scripture.
The first mystery that needs to be understood is, "Who are the House of Israel, the House of Judah and
the House of David. "And the key of the house of David will I lay upon His shoulder; so He shall open, and none
shall shut; and He shall shut, and none shall open" (Isa 22:22). This key has been given to the 6`h era of God's
Church in the New Testament times. "And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith
He that is holy, He that is true, He that hath the key of David, He that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth,
and no man openeth" (Rev. 3:7). Only Jesus the Christ has the power on this earth to open and shut God's word..
When the 12 tribes of Israel was divided after the death of Solomon, we find two house, one called House of
Judah and the other called the House of Israel. The line of David still held the kingship in Judah, but the House
of Israel chose a new king!
After the death of Solomon, Rehoboam, Solomon's son was asked by Israel to lighten the load off the
people? But, Rehoboam listened to the young men, instead of the elders of Israel! "And the young men that were
grown up with him spake unto him, saying, Thus shalt thou speak unto this people that spake unto thee, saying,
Thy father made our yoke heavy, but make thou it lighter unto us; thus shalt thou say unto them, My little finger
shall be thicker than my father's loins. And now whereas my father did lade you with a heavy yoke, I will add
to your yoke: my father hath chastised you with whips, but I will chastise you with scorpions. So Jeroboam and
all the people came to Rehoboam the third day, as the king had appointed, saying, Come to me again the third
day. And the king answered the people roughly, and forsook the old men's counsel that they gave him; And spake
to them after the counsel of the young men, saying, My father made your yoke heavy, and I will add to your yoke:
my father also chastised you with whips, but I will chastise you with scorpions" (I Kings 12: 13-14).
Now the tribes of Israel rebelled against Rehoboam and chose their own king, Jehoboam to be their king!
At this time the children of Israel became the House of Judah and the House of Israel. [see also Ezekiel 37]. Also,
they will be re-united in the latter days.
Because God's Word is sure and cannot be done away, we must read scripture in context as it says, not our own
interpretation of scripture. In the Old Testament we can see the promises made to the fathers and in assurance
that they are God's promises; and assured that no word of God is void of power. God's word and promises are
not cunningly devised fables nor wishful thinking! They are the absolute power and will not be done away!
In Genesis 17:1-4, God told Abraham, "And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD
appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before Me, and be thou perfect. And I will
make My covenant between Me and thee, and will multiply thee exceedingly. And Abram fell on his face: and
God talked with him, saying, As for Me, behold, My covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many
nations." This promise made to Abraham has only been fulfilled by Isaac, Jacob and the 12 sons of Jacob! God's promise was not fulfilled, ifwe interpret it in the usual orthodox way, as referring to the Jews only!
The Jews today are not many millions of people, not as numerous as the dust of the earth, or the sand of the sea
or the stars of heaven. "After these things the word of the LORD came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not,
Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward" (Gen 15:1).. Continuing in Gen 15:4-5, "And, behold,
the word of the LORD came unto him, saying, This shall not be thine heir; but he [Isaac] that shall come forth
out of thine own bowels shall be thine heir. And He brought him forth abroad, and said, Look now toward
heaven, and tell the stars, if thou be able to number them: and he said unto him, So shall thy seed be."
The Jews are only one tribe of Israel! NOT THE WHOLE TRIBES OF ISRAEL! By no stretch of the
imagination, by no possible exaggeration, can the Jew be made to fit into this picture of the sands of the sea, the
dust of the earth or the stars of heaven and many nations!
God, in Genesis 49, had Jacob tell his sons what the future for each of the 12 sons and including
Manassah would be! God's blessing for Judah, was the kingly line from which the Lord, Jesus Christ was to
come. "Judah, thou art he whom thy brethren shall praise: thy hand shall be in the neck of thine enemies; thy
father's children shall bow down before thee. Judah is a lion's whelp: from the prey, my son, thou art gone up:
he stooped down, he couched as a lion, and as an old lion; who shall rouse him up? The sceptre shall not depart
from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh [Christ] come; and unto Him shall the gathering
of the people be" (Gen 49:8-10). This could only refer to Jesus, the Christ.
But to the tribe of Joseph the birthright was given. "Joseph is a fruitful bough, even a fruitful bough by
a well; whose branches run over the wall: The archers have sorely grieved him, and shot at him, and hated him:
But his bow abode in strength, and the arms of his hands were made strong by the hands of the mighty God of
Jacob; (from thence is the shepherd, the stone of Israel:) Even by the God of thy father, who shall help thee; and
by the Almighty, who shall bless thee with blessings of heaven above, blessings of the deep that lieth under,
blessings of the breasts, and of the womb: The blessings of thy father have prevailed above the blessings of my
progenitors unto the utmost bound of the everlasting hills: they shall be on the head of Joseph, and on the crown
of the head of him that was separate from his brethren" (Gen 49:22-26).
Why the Ten Tribes are Not Jews: The ten tribes are not Jews, and never were Jews. The Jews are the
tribe of Judah only. All the Twelve Tribes were Israelites, being the descendants of Jacob, whose name was
changed to Israel. But, all tribes are not Jews! All the tribes of Israel had different fathers, only the tribe of
Judah's father was Judah!
The Northern Kingdom is almost always referred to as Israel, the House of Israel, Joseph, or Ephraim.
But, they are never once referred to as Jews. Ephraim is the chief designation. [see the prophets -Hosea, Amos,
Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Zechariah]. The House of Israel and the House of Judah are a distinct and separate
people!
Many decades ago, Canon Farrar, in his writings, "Life of Christ" pointed out that there was only one Jew
among the disciples of the Lord Jesus, Judas. The others were from Galilee of the tribe of Benjamin. And when
God filled the vacancy made by the departure of Judas, He chose a man of the tribe of Benjamin.
If we are to "rightly divide the word of truth" we must have a clear grasp of the distinctions between tribe
of Joseph, His sons Ephraim and Manassah and the tribe of Judah, the Jews. The birthright was the very
important thing. "For Judah prevailed above his brethren, and of him came the chief ruler; but the birthright was
Joseph's" (1 Chr 5:2). The birthright was given to the sons of Joseph. Wherever Joseph is today, there are the
birthright blessings! Today, modem day Commonwealth of Great Britain, which includes Canada, Australia and
New Zealand are the tribe of Ephraim and the United States are the sons of Manassah. The United States of
America and the Commonwealth of Great Britain have been the most blessed nations on earth today! They have
received the blessing of God through the tribe of Joseph! Jacob bless the two sons of Joseph and put his name
Israel on them. See Gen 48:16.
Once again, knowing who the tribes of House of Israel and the House of Judah are is the "KEY TO
UNDERSTAND GOD'S WORD!"☜
